As we all know fast food is the epitome of the destruction of health. That being said no matter how much you work out or how much time you spend in the gym, if you're eating crappy you'll look crappy. I learned this the hard way. By eating crap day after day while working out as hard as anyone else at my local gym I hit a weight loss plateau at 140lbs. Because of the fact that I only ate one meal a day and that meal being most likely from a fast food joint, I stayed at 140lbs (give or take about 5lbs) for over 5 months after losing close to 50lbs. I wasn't toned and I wasn't really that happy with myself even though I did lose a significant amount of weight.
